We are looking for a proactive and motivated Recruiter / HR Assistant to join our growing team.
The main focus of this role will be recruitment - finding and hiring talented professionals - while also contributing to HR initiatives, such as internal events, contractor coordination, and employer branding activities.

Responsibilities

Recruitment (70-80%)

  • Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and referrals.
  • Partner with the Lead Recruiter and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide regular status updates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and sourcing tools.

HR Support (20-30%)

  • Assist in organizing internal and team-building events.
  • Help find and coordinate external contractors (merch, events, etc.).
  • Support internal communications and HR branding initiatives.
  • Contribute to various HR projects (employee engagement, onboarding materials, etc.).

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector with a solid understanding of the industry specifics.
  • Understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
  • English level: B2+
