We're looking for a curious and motivated Junior UX/UI Designer to join our marketing team. You'll work on real web and digital projects, help shape user experiences and grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
What matters most is a solid grasp of UX/UI fundamentals, comfort with modern design tools and an openness to integrating AI into your creative workflow.

This is a hybrid position based in Minsk, Belarus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate on UI layouts, wireframes and prototypes for web and digital products.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the company's web presence.
  • Support the creation of digital marketing materials: landing pages, banners, social media visuals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development and content teams to translate requirements into clear design solutions.
  • Explore and apply AI-powered tools to speed up and enhance your design workflow.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Work on client-facing projects as part of our design delivery process.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles: layout, typography, visual hierarchy, user flows.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with no-code website builders (Webflow, Tilda or similar).
  • English proficiency at B1 level or above.
  • A portfolio with at least a few completed works - personal, academic or freelance projects are welcome.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience or genuine curiosity around AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT for ideation or similar) - bonus points if your portfolio includes AI-assisted work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Broader visual design skills: illustration, motion graphics or data visualization.
  • Video production or editing experience.
  • Prior commercial or freelance design experience.
