Prylada combines IoT hardware, sensors, gateways, connectivity and software to support use cases in manufacturing, construction, smart city, warehouses, infrastructure, environmental monitoring and other industrial environments. 

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Representative in Poland to develop the Polish market, build relationships with B2B clients and partners, and drive sales of Prylada’s IoT solutions.

As a Sales Manager / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in Poland, managing the full sales cycle, and helping industrial and infrastructure customers understand how Prylada can solve their monitoring, automation and asset visibility challenges.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales of technical products, SaaS, IoT, industrial solutions, automation, telecom, hardware, IT services or smart infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales activities for the Polish market.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers in target industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, smart city, infrastructure, utilities, data centers, facility management and industrial services.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B leads, prospects and opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events and partner channels.
  • Present Prylada’s IoT solutions to decision-makers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into relevant IoT use cases and solution proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo coordination, proposal, negotiation and closing.
  • Work closely with technical, product and delivery teams to prepare tailored offers and pilot projects.
  • Develop relationships with local partners, integrators, distributors and industry associations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline status and sales activity reports.
  • Represent Prylada professionally at meetings, conferences, trade fairs and online events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
  • Experience selling technical products or solutions; experience with IoT, industrial automation, SaaS, hardware, telecom, IT infrastructure or smart city solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of consultative sales and long-cycle B2B sales processes.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust with customers and manage relationships over time.
  • Good understanding of the Polish business environment.
  • Strong Polish, English for communication with internal teams, partners or clients.
  • Willingness to travel within Poland when needed.

Nice to have:

  • Existing network in manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, logistics, utilities, facility management, smart city or industrial sectors.
  • Experience selling pilot projects, custom solutions or hardware + software bundles.
  • Knowledge of IoT connectivity, sensors, gateways, NB-IoT, LTE, cloud platforms or industrial monitoring.
  • Experience working with municipalities, road infrastructure, environmental monitoring or industrial facilities.
  • Proficiency in German and Russian is a benefit, but not required.
