Technical Project Manager

• Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Understand customer’s business and technical requirements and assure that the suggested solution fits them.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timing, budget, and resources
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Manage sprints and use relevant tracking tools.
• Ensure resources availability and allocation.

• Relevant technical background.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a project manager or equivalent in a technology company.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. You should be an easy person to work with
• Excellent verbal and writing capabilities in English.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SCRUM (Agile) methodology.
• Strong team player and individual contributor with the ability to be effective working with cross-functional teams and departments; escalation point and mentor for department staff members. 
• Knowledge of modeling and analyzing business processes
• Experience in prototyping system user interfaces
• A degree in computer science.
